店内はコの字型のカウンターとテーブル席2卓でスッキリ、カウンター中からは目配り気配りが行き届く感じになっています。
お店の方にオススメを教えて頂き定番メニューに無いテール、ヒレ、丸チョウ、ユッケを全てオーダー、定番のタン、ハラミ、ハツ刺しも依頼、味付けはお任せで店主自らオーダーが入ってから味付け裏包丁入れされたお肉が順場に出て来ました。
最初はハツ刺しユッケからのスタート
久しぶりに美味い新鮮と唸らすハツ刺し(是非食べる価値有り)
タンは厚切りでお願いしていたのですが火を入れても硬くならない程度に焼き上る裏包丁が適度に入っており👍
焼肉店でヒレと思われますがこれも絶対食べないと思わせる一品です。
